A very warm welcome to the Spainable site. Thanks for finding us and we hope to be able to support you navigating the Real Estate market in Spain.

Have you ever heard the saying “Spain is different”? well you may have heard it or you may have experienced it, and this comes with some truth. I love Spain and it is a wonderful country, to live to travel or to experience any of its neverending wonders. But sometimes administration and bureaucratic procedures can get tricky. Same for doing business and establish business relationships… but perhaps that is a different topic!

My intention with Spainable is to bring the complexity down when it comes to find your dream house in Spain. Or your dream investment for that matter. You won´t need to worry about the daunting side of it, I will take care! Just focus on whether any property is the right one for you.

I am a Real Estate Personal Shopper, which is also called Buyer Representative. I will share in more detail what this professional role is about and the value that brings with it.

Also this blog is a vehicle for me to share my knowledge and experience on the Spanish Real Estate and related affairs, from sharing about the best places to buy a house to the fiscal implications of owning real estate in Spain.
